RTVG: Improves the Digital Accessibility of your Website and App

A comprehensive project focused on real accessibility

The intervention of Tu Web Accessible focused on carrying out a detailed technical audit of RTVG’s main digital assets, with the aim of identifying and eliminating barriers that could hinder access to content by people with disabilities or with diverse needs.

This project is framed in the requirements of Royal Decree 1112/2018, which regulates the accessibility of public sector websites and apps, and in the standard UNE-EN 301549:2022, a technical reference to evaluate accessible compliance in environments digital.

Project phases

• Digital accessibility audit: In-depth analysis of the website www.galicia.gal and RTVG mobile apps, detecting technical and design obstacles that compromised the experience of users with disabilities.
• Error report and proposed solutions: Practical document that detailed the problems encountered and offered clear and viable recommendations to correct them, adapted to the technical architecture of the portal and applications.
• Accessibility Review Report (IRA): Written in accordance with the criteria required by the Unit Responsible for Accessibility (URA), this report certifies the degree of compliance and facilitates institutional monitoring.
• Accessibility declaration: Preparation of the official declaration, standardized under the European model, which transparently shows RTVG’s commitment to continuous improvement in terms of digital accessibility.
