What is the Observatory Report?
The Web Accessibility Observatory (OAW) is the body of the Ministry of Digital Transformation responsible for monitoring the accessibility compliance of Spanish public sector portals. Its simplified evaluation methodology analyses a sample of pages from each website and verifies compliance with the most relevant WCAG criteria.
