It depends on complexity. A 20-page PDF with simple text: 24-48h. A document with complex tables, forms, and graphics: 3-5 business days. For large volumes, we establish a delivery schedule.

Is it mandatory for public administration?

Yes. RD 1112/2018 requires all documentation published on e-government sites and public portals to be accessible per UNE 301 549. The EAA extends this obligation to the private sector.
