The Ombudsman, one of the most relevant organizations in the national public sector, has trusted TuWebAccesible to guarantee the digital accessibility of its main portal. This project has been designed to meet the standards required by Royal Decree 1112/2018, ensuring that the information and services offered by this organization are available to all citizens, including people with disabilities.
A comprehensive and technological approach
The work carried out has covered:
- Audit and adaptation: We carried out an exhaustive analysis to identify accessibility barriers and proposed specific solutions to eliminate them. These improvements ensured compliance with current regulations.
- Implementation of WeAllWeb: As part of this project, we integrated WeAllWeb, our platform to support assisted navigation based on artificial intelligence. This tool allows users with different accessibility needs to interact more efficiently and autonomously with the portal.
- Regulatory documentation: We prepare the Accessibility Declaration and provide all the required technical reports, such as the Accessibility Review Report (IRA), adjusting to European models and complying with the demands of the Unit Responsible for Accessibility (URA).
